Today, Patrick partners with early-stage and mid-size companies as a fractional and interim product leader. Glenn is a design leader who partners closely with early-stage teams to bring clarity and craft to products. He focuses on thoughtful, beautiful design grounded in how people think and work. Glenn has led UX research and design across startups and larger teams, helping turn complex challenges into clear, usable experiences.
